Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival:
20% of total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation between 20–29 days before arrival:
50% of total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation between 10–19 days before arrival:
70% of total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival:
100% of total booking amount will be charged.
Important Notes
Safari bookings (Jeep / Elephant) are subject to forest department rules and are
non-refundable once confirmed.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Any cancellation due to natural calamities, weather conditions, road blockages,
or government restrictions will be handled as per applicable policies, and
additional costs (if any) must be borne by the traveler.
For hotel bookings, cancellation policies may vary depending on the property.
