- Welcome to Shikra DMC Kaziranga Adventure. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Hotel check-in time is 12:00–14:00 hrs. Early check-in is subject to availability.
- All hotels, resorts, and homestays are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Safari bookings (Jeep / Elephant) are strictly subject to forest department availability and government regulations.
- Safari timings and zones (Central, Western, Eastern) are allotted by forest authorities and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Our vehicle will remain with you as per the itinerary. Extra usage will be chargeable.
- To confirm your booking, a minimum of 25% advance payment is required. Remaining balance must be paid before arrival or as agreed.
- Bookings will be treated as tentative until payment is received. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation.
- For premium or luxury stays, full payment may be required in advance as per hotel policy.
- Any additional charges such as entry fees, camera charges, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
- In case of card payments, additional bank charges may apply.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are valid for a limited time.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road blocks, bandh, or natural calamities, extra costs must be borne by the traveler.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- All guests must carry valid government ID proof during travel.
- Guests are responsible for their safety during safari and travel activities. Please follow all instructions given by guides and authorities.
- Carrying illegal substances, engaging in unlawful activities, or violating forest rules is strictly prohibited.
- We strongly recommend carrying personal medicines and essentials.
